Parties, friends and trading
- level 1+
- key P
Right-click another player to invite them to a party, chat privately, trade or add them as a friend. Playing together levels you up faster and gives access to party content.
- A party has up to 5 people. Kill experience is split among those nearby, with +20% per companion besides you and +10% per different class beyond the first.
- Items and loot bags that drop are reserved for the party of whoever brought the monster down for 1 minute.
- Hunting contract kills count for everyone in the party on the same map who accepted the same contract.
- Trading: each player puts items from their bag, cards and gold on the table. Changing the table undoes the confirmations, and the trade only happens when both confirm (the server checks everything at once).
- The Vandória Scroll cannot be traded, sold or dropped on the ground.
- You can form a party inside the Ancestral Dungeon through the same menu.
- Find a party (in instances) builds the party through a queue.
- You can bind keyboard shortcuts to heal each party member, in the Party section of Options → Keys.
Houses
- key E
Houses are fixed on everyone's map, in three sizes, with walls, roof, door and windows. The owner furnishes them, invites whoever they want and displays on the floors the rare items they got as drops.
- Sizes: small (1 room), medium (2 rooms) and large (3 or 4).
- From the street you see the roof. Next to a window or the door, from outside, the roof disappears and you peek inside: furniture, items on the floor and who is there.
- The door opens and closes with a click for the owner and whoever they have authorized. For everyone else it stays locked (padlock), and when it is open they can only look.
- Who can enter: only those the owner has authorized with /casa convidar <name>. Remove the permission with /casa tirar <name>. /casa lista shows up to 50 people.
- Items dropped on the house floor stay there forever (up to 200) and only the owner can pick them back up. Those who are authorized can enter and look.
- Decorating: inside the house, the E key opens the decoration panel. The chosen piece of furniture snaps by itself into the best spot near the cursor (green where it fits, red with the reason where it does not).
- Click to place, R to rotate, Del to put it back in storage. Auto-snapping can be turned off to place the furniture exactly at the cursor. Arrange everything shows the whole house arranged and only saves with Apply.
- Whatever is on top of a table goes with it when it moves.
Adventurer's Guide
- level 1+
- key F1
The game's manual inside the game. It tells you what each part of the world is, where it is, how it is used and how it makes your character stronger, stage by stage.
- Open it with F1 (or the ? key) or through the Guide button in the menu. Esc or the same key closes it.
- The Guide has the What is left to do page: the list of what you still need to get stronger, checked by the server, with what you can do now (spend points, refine, engrave a card, use the day's entries), goals, what is up to date and what opens later on. The View button opens the topic that explains it.
- The For you now page shows the next steps for your level and your class: what to do at the start, where to hunt and the next milestone.
- What's new lists the topics added or changed in the last 3 weeks, with the New badge.
- Search finds a word in any topic, ignoring accents and capitalization.
- The keys mentioned in the text appear as they are set in your Options.
- Topics that require a level appear in the index with the level. You can read them early, and the page tells you how far you are.
Training Dummy
- level 1+
On the Old Road, east of the NPC showcase, there is a straw dummy on a post. It lets you measure your damage and skills with no risk.
- It takes the hit with the number on screen and sways, but it never falls, does not move, does not attack and gives nothing: no experience, no drop, no skill training.
- In the calculations it has the level of whoever hits it: the damage is the same as against a monster of your level.
- Three seconds after the last hit, the chat shows a summary of the series: total damage, number of hits, time, damage per second and the biggest hit.
Mounts
- level 1+
- key R
Mounts are items that rarely drop from monsters. While mounted, you move much faster.
- Press R to mount and dismount. The Mounts tab of the inventory (I) shows the ones you have and mounts the chosen one; R brings back the last one used.
- Attacking, casting a skill or dying dismounts you. Weapon and shield disappear while you are mounted.
- Each character keeps one of each. They work for every class, at any level.
- They drop from bosses (1 in 40), minibosses (1 in 200) and common monsters (1 in 20,000). In the Ancestral Dungeon, only from the castle's bosses.
- They can be traded and sold at the Royal Market (the one you are riding cannot be listed: dismount first). Flora does not buy them.
- While you have none, the Guide reminds you on the What is left to do page.
Dying and respawning
- level 1+
Death only costs something from level 5 on, and costs nothing in party areas. You return to the temple in Dário's Village, or to the respawn point of the place you were in.
- Below level 5, death takes nothing.
- From 5 on, you lose 10% of the level's size in experience (without dropping a level) and 10% of the gold you carry. Gold in the bank stays safe.
- After 50, the loss is 10% of the visible level's size and comes only from stored experience.
- If you do not choose where to respawn, you return automatically after 60 seconds.
- In the Ancestral Dungeon, instances, the Abyss Tower and Bossnia, death costs nothing.
- Temporary buffs are lost; card blessings and Wheel revelations come back when you respawn.
