Land · levels 32–40

Ice Lands

Deep snow, pine trees, frozen lakes and halls of blue ice. Hunters camp near the road, but the palace up high belongs to Isvara.

Land boss: Isvara, Lady of the Ice

Places

Howling Tundra

• levels 32–37

Deep snow, pine trees and frozen lakes. The hunters camp near the road; penguins and hares in the field, crystal turtles on the lakes. The Snowman and the Elder Polar Bear have lairs here.

Frozen Peaks

• levels 33–39

Narrow passes between frozen lakes, masks that watch over the valley and winged monkeys up high. The trail of posts leads to Isvara's Palace. The Ice Spirit and the Ice Golem are around here.

Crystal Cave

• levels 35–39
• interior

Two floors of blue crystals humming in the dark and water that never freezes. In the back hall, the Cave Ogre guards what he has found.

Isvara's Palace

• levels 36–40
• interior

Three floors of halls of blue ice, statues of frozen knights and, at the end, the Throne of Ice. Isvara, Lady of the Ice, receives no visitors. Behind a tapestry of ice on the second floor lies one of the queen's chests.

Monsters of Ice Lands

17 creatures live here, between levels 32–40.
